Why do I need to print my Order Ticket?
Your Order Ticket allows us to match your order with your child’s image. If the photographer does not receive your Order Ticket on the day of the shoot, we have no way to know which of the hundreds of online orders are supposed to match your specific child’s image.
What if I don’t have a printer and can’t print my Order Ticket?
Don’t worry! Just ask for a Mobile Order Form at your photo shoot. You can simply fill out this form with your Order Ticket number and have your child hand it to the photographer when they have their picture taken.
Can I see a proof of my child’s photo?
Due to the high volume of images we take, we are unable to provide proofs to view prior to orders. Our photographers are trained to review each image and take multiple shots if your child’s eyes are closed, if they’re not looking at the camera, if there’s a glare on their glasses, etc. Our Quality Team will carefully review each image and select the best one prior to printing.
I love my child’s photos! Can I order more?
Yes. Visit www.olsonphotography.com, click Online Ordering, and when asked for the League Access Code type in “REORDER”. You will be directed to our product page to place your order. We will process and ship these orders directly to your residence. If it has been more than 3 days since your photo shoot, you will be charged additional processing and shipping fees.
Why do I need to create an account before ordering?
Creating an account gives us all the information we need to process your online order. You will only have to create an account once, and can use it for all future orders.
What if my photo shoot gets cancelled due to weather?
Check with your league or with Olson Photography to see when your make-up date is scheduled. If you have already placed an online order, your order is still valid for the make-up date. There is no need to cancel your order or request a refund. Please bring your order ticket with you to the make-up shoot to give to the photographer.
Can I see a preview or proof of my child's image?
1) for privacy purposes, we do not publicly post children's images on our website.
 
2) all of the images we take are associated with a team. If we were to provide proofs of every image, and wait for orders to come in based on those proofs, we would not be able to stick to our two week shipping guarantee, and that would be a disservice to the rest of the members of each team who have already placed their orders prior to, or shortly after the shoot. We can't delay our production and shipping schedule hoping that we receive a timely response based on proofs of images.
Why was I not given an order envelope prior to the photo shoot?
We now offer online ordering! Online ordering is a simpler way for you to order, and a more secure way for you to submit payment for your order. 
Can I still order by filling out an envelope?
Yes. We will have physical envelopes available to fill out at the photo shoot. We accept cash, check, or credit cards for these orders. Envelopes must contain full payment, or your order will not be processed.
Do I have to order in advance?
No, you can place an order on the day of the photo shoot, or anytime after. However, if you wait more than 3 days after the photo shoot, you will be charged additional processing and shipping fees.
Why do I have to place a separate order for each of my children?
To be able to correctly associate each child’s order information with his/her image, we need a separate order number that provides the child’s name, Coach’s name, and team name along with any stats that maybe be provided (height, weight, uniform number, etc.). If there are multiple packages ordered under one order number, we only see one child’s information, so we have no way to know where we took the other children’s photos, what teams they were on, what their names are, etc.
Where are my photos?
Your child’s coach should have received all orders for his/her team. Please check with your coach, and if he/she does not have them, contact Olson Photography.
Can I still order pictures even though picture day has passed?
Yes! You can place an order anytime at www.olsonphotography.com. If your photo shoot was more than 3 days ago, you will be charged additional processing and shipping fees for us to mail your order directly to your residence.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped within two weeks of your photo shoot.
How do I get my digital image download?
The image will be sent to the email you provided with your order once it has been processed by our Quality Team in our Lab. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case!
